Digital Products :
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once access to a digital product has been granted, or the product has been downloaded, viewed, streamed, or otherwise accessed, the purchase cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
If a customer experiences technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, they should contact support, and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
Physical Products :
Returns, cancellations, and refunds for physical products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Hebrew Lessons
Private Hebrew lessons may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons canceled less than 12 hours before the lesson, missed lessons, and no-shows are non-refundable.
